Beer battered fish recipe is a absolutely fabulous recipe to cook fish. They taste incredibly good, if you cook them properly. You have use any fish variety (cod, haddock etc.) you like, but here I am using cod fillets. This is a Quick and Easy Fish Recipe. So let's start making these beautiful Beer Battered Fish.


Here is the Beer Battered Fish recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 lbs Cod fillets
  • 3/4 cup Beer (your favorite brand)
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Dill Weed
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 quarts Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
Procedure:
  • Mix flour, baking powder, dried dill and salt in a large bowl.
  • Mix beer,egg and milk well in the bowl.
  • Put the Cod fillets in this batter mixture, coat every pieces well, and let it stay for 15 minutes.
  • Heat the deep fryer to 375 degrees F.
  • Put the fish in heated oil, and fry them until they are golden brown.(Cook fishes in batches to maintain Oil temperature)
  • Your Beer battered fish is ready to be served.
